Welcome back to This Is The Year! This week we're exploring BUDGETS – most critically, finding a budget that works for YOU. There are tons of plug and play, cookie cutter budgets out there, and while those are great for getting you started, the real magic comes when you find a money management approach that works for you and your brain.

In this episode, we're deep diving on four budget strategies, and unpacking what they are, why they work, and who they're best suited to:
50/30/20 budget
Reverse budgeting
Zero-based budgeting
Kakeibo

For each, I'll take you through the pros and cons and the psychology of who they're best suited to, so you can take elements that fit best for you.
