Rockdale County officials said Monday they will sue the chemical company which owns a plant where a large chemical fire caused a public health emergency; Georgia is one of the most important states this election, and both parties preparing legal challenges to follow November 5th; Georgia has some of the highest rates of pregnancy related death in the U.S., particularly in rural areas.
