After years of waiting, it looks like Atlanta's Summerhill neighborhood will soon see a grocery store close to home; The Atlanta City Council now must decide what to do with a zoning plan meant to spur housing after it got a tepid response from just about every neighborhood group in the city; and any elf looking to take up residence on a Cobb County shelf this holiday season better think twice.
