Today on the Brett Winterble Show Brett is joined by Hudson Institute Senior Fellow Luke Coffey to talk about the recruiting issues facing the United States Army today. 

Coffey shares details about how much the Army projects to miss their goal of recruits for the year and why this is a particularly dangerous time for the United States to have a depleted military. Coffey and Brett discuss some of the main reasons recruitment is down -- including one surprising one: many Americans simply not qualifying for enlistment. 

They also speculate about the possibility of returning to a draft + why Coffey thinks that is a ways off and instead why the solution might lie with society itself.
