Deputy Chairperson of the National Planning Commission, Professor Tinyiko Maluleke, spoke about the vision of the says the vision of the National Development Plan (NDP) for 2030 which according to a report is not on course. Maluleke also answered the question of whether SA is failing to meet its plans on the progress if the implementations of some of the plans.
