The recent killing of former ANCYL regional chairperson and ANC branch chairperson Nelisile Xolo in Alfred Nzo comes amid several other politically linked murders, including the deaths of DA candidate Sinovuyo Dyokwe, an ANC ward councillor in Gqeberha and two MK Party members in the West Rand during the recent voter-registration weekend.
