Dr Mark Human, Chair of The South African Medical Association's (SAMA) Human Rights, Law, and Ethics Committee, condemned the criminal charges against Prof Peter Beale, explaining the complexes doctors go through when it comes to surgeries, especially in life and death situation, and correcting that surgeon Peter Beale's license was not revoked, but that he voluntarily removed himself due to the case.
