Speaker of the City of Johannesburg Council and and Cope Councillor Colleen Makhubele discussed a letter demanding accountability from Mayor Kabelo Gwamanda and several MMCs for missing 17 public participation sessions in the last month, as well as the impact of these regular absences and how the MMCs are engaging with the public.
