In the fourth and final hour of New Day SSJ we end Thursday's show in traditional fashion as we go to school with Jesse Newell the Chiefs beat writer for The Athletic. SSJ and Jesse discuss the Bills and their odd Press conference with their owner and GM, and the bizarre nature of the comments made after the firing of Sean McDermott. Next SSJ and Jesse talk about the hiring of Chad O’Shea and EB and give their thoughts on the hiring’s and what it will bring to the Chiefs next season. Next SSJ and Jesse are joined over the phone by Brett Taeveau to continue to discuss the Chiefs and their coaching hires this offseason. SSJ and Jesse finish the show talking about the upcoming draft for the Chiefs.

Gehrig and Sherm share some of their thoughts on their time with EB and share their thoughts on his return. SSJ asks Gehrig and Sherm about new receivers coach Chad O’Shea. Next the guys talk about this weekend’s UFC fight and a question about EB and Sherm hypothetically in the octagon. As well as some discussion about what a catch is, after the Bills drama from last week’s playoff loss and controversial call. Lastly some picks for Sundays championship games.

Next new Day is joined by Matt Derrick of Chiefsdigest.com to talk Chiefs and the off season. SSJ and Matt get into the changes that have taken place on the Chiefs coaching staff, and what potentially still could happen. SSJ , Matt, and Jake also preview what the Chiefs can do ion the draft. SSJ and Matt also dive into the bizarre press conference up in Buffalo yesterday with the Bills Owner and GM.
