SSJ closes out our Thursday's last hour of the show announcing a New Day partnership with Joe's KC and then talking college football with long time friend CBS Sports writer Dennis Dodd.  The guys get Dennis' thoughts going into the college football season about the 3 local schools after spending the last 2 weeks at Big 12 Media Days and SEC Media Days.  He also talks about the new look Power Conferences.

In the third hour of the show Steven is joined by former Chiefs Anthony Sherman and Gehrig Dieter in studio for their weekly segments.   The boys discuss an array of topics with the Chiefs starting training camp this week and Pete Sweeney gives the guys a Training Camp update from St. Joe.  They also get into a lot more of their regular nonsense and The Sausage Anthony Sherman tries some sausage from Joe's KC.

Steven starts the 2nd Hour off by talking to weekly guest MLB Insider Buster Olney of ESPN.  The guys go over the biggest headlines in baseball and talk about the amazing performance Bobby Witt Jr. had in the Home Run Derby and the four Royals playing in the AL All-Star win.  Also Buster gives his thoughts on the Royals in the 2nd half and their trade they made last week for Hunter Harvey.  Then SSJ is joined by Missouri Head Football Coach Eliah Drinkwitz to talk about the upcoming season for the Tigers with preseason camp right around the corner after and SEC Media Days earlier this week.
