Today, I wanted to share some insights that have been a game-changer for me in managing the chaos of business and life. 

This is the 12th episode of The Boardroom Podcast, and yes! 

We’re going to really dominate 2024 with goals for the company, the processes that we’ve assembled, the money that we’re investing, and upgrading the infrastructure of the business!

If you've been following along, you know about my framework – high impact, low effort; high effort, high impact; low impact, low effort; and high effort, low impact. It's my compass for navigating the tasks on my plate. I've been scrutinizing what comes naturally to me, listing high impact, low effort activities.

So, the question became: How do I maintain the impact while slashing the effort? The answer, at least until AI takes over completely, was training a model to create content and write emails for me.

November was the kickoff for training my AI model, and since then, the results have been nothing short of incredible. A 50% open rate on emails, maintaining engagement, and scaling the volume without personally writing a single email. It was a grind initially, turning documents into PDFs, creating frameworks, prompts, and refining the learning algorithm. 

But the payoff? Low effort, high impact content creation.

Hence, take a moment to think about your business goals this year. 


Identify high-effort, high-impact tasks, and low-effort, high-impact solutions. Consider AI as a tool to make your life easier without compromising impact.
