This week I'm joined by my close friend Lucinda Hill. We have bonded over the past year of knowing each other and have found common ground with our Anxiety. Most people who suffer from Bipolar experience symptoms of Anxiety, which is a common mental health issue that impacts almost everyone at some point in their lives. I wanted to briefly touch on the different Anxieties we both face and how differently we might tackle them.

As someone that was diagnosed with Bipolar II, my aim is to eliminate the stigma surrounding Bipolar and normalise the conversation between those suffering and those who don’t.
