Lora A. Lucero is a retired American lawyer, professor and city planner. Her passion is exploring the intersection of climate change, sustainable development and human rights, which led her to Gaza in 2012-2013. Lora writes about these issues on her blog "Why Gaza?" and in her advocacy in Congress. She spent a year in Gaza and has been actively involved in bringing Palestinian voices into the Israel Palestine discussion in the US.
