At just 13 years of age, Tomas Beagáin has already made a remarkable impact on his local community in Tramore. Recognised by WLR listeners and the wider community for his kindness, generosity and dedication to helping others, Tomas joined The Big Breakfast Blaa to share his story.

A passionate baker, Tomas has used his talents to support local causes, selling homemade treats at community markets and raising funds for Naíonra Philib Barún. He is also an active volunteer with Tramore Tidy Towns and regularly bakes for Revive Tramore, where he enjoys spending time with older members of the community and helping at events.

During the interview, Tomas spoke with warmth and humility about why he loves giving back and the importance of community spirit. His selflessness, enthusiasm and positive attitude have made him a wonderful role model, proving that age is no barrier to making a real difference.

Also in studio was Tomas' mum, Gemma, who is understandably proud as punch of her son. 

He arrived in studio armed with cake and we can confirm that it didn't last two minutes in the Broadcast Centre.
