Listener Survey:Take a quick survey and help shape The Bible Explained

Today we continue in Job 10, where Job puts God on trial and forgets how near His love really is:
Job refuses to "perk up." He asks why God contends with him, even while knowing God is not unjust.
"You have fashioned me as clay." Romans 9 and 2 Timothy 2 remind us the Potter can remake vessels of dishonor into vessels of honor, and that we really don't know the plan of God.
Suffering can uncover buried pride, and Job grows presumptuous toward God.
Job sees God's presence as a hunting lion, the lie Satan wants us to believe about our Father.
Psalm 139 recasts the same themes as loving nearness: we are fearfully and wonderfully made, and His thoughts toward us are precious.
