Ezra learns of a great sin that the leaders are doing only a few months after he arrives in Israel:
Ezra's prayer is a powerful expression of his people's guilt and shame. He recognizes that God's grace has been shown to Israel, allowing them to escape and revive. Jenn encourages Faithful Listeners to take sin seriously, just like Ezra, and to recognize all actions have consequences for those around them.
