Joining Clancy and Wendell in the studio today is an icon of Sydney, and a driving force behind the revitalisation of the city's nighttime economy. Nahji Chu, better known as Lady Chu, has been at the forefront of hospitality for more than a decade, with her Kings Cross Restaurant one of the most popular on the strip. From humble beginnings as a Vietnamese immigrant to opening the iconic MissChu takeaway that revolutionised food delivery, Nahji has been doing things her own way even when it rubs up against the archaic laws of councils and governments. She talks us through her journey, the obstacles she bashes through, plus the friends and enemies she's made along the way. We also dive into some of her greatest Google reviews, which rival some of the best comedy writers in the country.
