Tom Edelman shares the details on Atlanta's the 9/11 Memorial Ride
September 11, 2021, marks the 20th commemoration of the terrorist attack on America that took the lives of 2,977 people and injured over 6000 others. Twenty years later, the effects of that horrendous day are still felt as cancers and other diseases continue to take lives while survivors suffer from PTSD and other after-effects of living through the nightmare.
To commemorate the day that will remain a part of American history forever, a memorial ride and concert are being organized in Atlanta. All net proceeds will benefit Tunnel to Towers, the foundation started by Frank Siller to honor his brother, Stephen, a New York Firefighter who fell that day bravely saving the lives of others.
