Joel Embiid returned last night vs the Knicks and looked like a shell of himself. It looked like has has not played basketball in a long time. What did we truly expect as we have seen this movie before. Joel returns and in his first game he looks behind the rest of the players. Him & Paul George will miss the game tonight vs Cleveland due to knee management. We discuss the expectations of Embiid in his first game. 

People were discouraged by how the season ended for the 2023 Eagles. Now we sit here 7-2 & fans still seem to have PTSD. If we stated the Eagles would start 7-2 before the season started most people would be happy, so why isn't there a sense of happiness.

Word of the Day- Predictable 

This season hasn't been predictable as it has been successful, but not predictable. Last year we reached a point to where you could see the season ending. With the season being unpredictable it has made it more fun for the fans. The success has been a fun ride these past 5 games. There were many questions going into the season and a majority have been answered. We couldn't predict the success of Mitchell, Barkley, Fangio or Moore. We will certainly take the benefits of the successful work they all have put in this season. 

Joel Embiid looked like a player that has not played basketball in many months. If fans expected Joel to come out and look like an MVP then that is on the fans. That is an unfair expectation for Joel to come back and dominate on night one.
