Brenda's Encounter Brenda was ready for a straightforward closing process, but when Robert showed up in a skirt and pink shirt, she was totally thrown off. Despite feeling super uncomfortable, she managed to get through the paperwork but was left shaken and unsure of what to do next.



Patrick's Perspective Patrick had a pretty firm take on this. He said if it were him, he wouldn't put up with it at all. He'd tell the person to leave and reschedule the appointment at the office, even if it was inconvenient. For Patrick, it's about not compromising on professionalism and respect. 



Cyrus’s Approach Cyrus, Patrick's producer, offered a different angle. He admitted he'd probably try to keep calm and just get through it, given the stress of closing on a loan. But even he felt it was important to address such situations later with the company.

Pretty courageous, right?
