“I so don't want to hurt Jesus… because I love Him.”

Fr. John Paul says that’s exactly it: resisting sin is about filling your mind with the good. Think of the eyes of Jesus, the Cross, and His merciful love. That image can be your secret weapon.

She battled impurity since she was 17, and she eventually decided to:

❌ Get rid of the internet at home
📞 Get a flip phone (yes, they still exist)
 She even called the Amish to get it custom disabled 

She literally took Jesus at His word:

“If your right hand causes you to sin… cut it off.” (Matthew 5:30)

She got victory... not overnight, not easily, but through sweat, tears, and sacrifice.

📢 Sometimes holiness means taking a chainsaw to your digital life.

We love to make excuses:

“I need my phone for work!”
“I just opened Instagram for five seconds!”
“It’s not that bad…”

Fr. Erickson reminds us that if you were addicted to alcohol, you wouldn’t keep a bottle in your living room. It's the same with sin; you can’t flirt with it and expect to win.
