1️⃣ Pick One Small Thing in Each Category

-Fasting: It's not dieting, people! 🍽️ Instead, ask God what He wants you to give up. Maybe it's social media or, as Gary Zimak suggested, worry!

 

-Almsgiving: It’s not just about writing a check. Look around: who in your life could use a visit, a phone call, or a helping hand? Nursing homes are filled with people longing for company. 💛

 

2️⃣ Let Go of Perfectionism

 

If you miss a day, don’t quit! God’s invitation is always open. Just start again.

 

Lent isn’t about showing off; it’s about showing up for Jesus.

 

3️⃣ Make It Personal

 

What does your relationship with God need? Ask Him. Spend some quiet time in prayer or adoration, and He’ll let you know.
