HELP US GROW ELKHART'S FUTURE!

We have a BIG goal: 2,000 Trees by 2028.

And we can't do it without you.

The City of Elkhart Parks & Recreation Department & The Elkhart Environmental Center are working to restore and grow our community's urban tree canopy to create healthier parks, cooler neighborhoods, cleaner air, and a more beautiful Elkhart for generations to come.

Every tree starts with someone willing to show up.

Whether you're an experienced gardener or have never planted a tree before, there's a place for you! Grab your friends, family, coworkers, or neighbors and come help us put down roots in our community.

Volunteer. Dig in. Help us reach 2,000 trees by 2028.

Ready to get involved? Sign up to volunteer and be part of something that will outlast all of us!
