Matt Emery is in studio to share all about the history of the incredible local gem: Potawatomi Zoo!!

While the Zoo is an incredible place for our community today, it was a much different place decades ago. 

The zoo accepted animal donations, and in fact reached out to residents to help in their hunt for new raccoons! Unfortunately with free access to the animals in their enclosures, it wasn't always the safest place for the animals when people would give monkeys cigarettes and food! 

Matt had the chance to share the history of the zoo with the current Executive Director, Josh Sisk, on the latest episode of his podcast!
