In this episode of the Ben Ferguson Show Podcast, Ben examines the Washington voter fraud investigation, discuss federal claims regarding non-citizen voting, analyze ongoing disputes between state and federal officials over access to voter registration data, and connect those issues to the broader national debate over election security and the SAVE Act. They also cover the Department of Homeland Security's decision to suspend a travel authorization program for Chinese nationals visiting the Northern Mariana Islands, concerns about birth tourism, national security implications raised by federal officials, and President Trump's final push on the campaign trail ahead of the midterm elections.

Federal prosecutors in Washington state say they have identified more than 400 individuals they believe were non-citizens who cast over 1,500 ballots across multiple elections. The allegations are fueling a larger debate over election integrity, voter eligibility verification, and the role of federal authorities in reviewing voter rolls. At the center of the controversy is a public statement from Acting U.S. Attorney Neil Floyd, who argued that investigators have uncovered only a fraction of the potential problem and called the findings "the tip of the iceberg." The discussion raises broader questions about how states verify voter eligibility and whether existing safeguards are sufficient.
