It is inauguration season, my friends, and I gotta tell you, I'm so excited because we've had the last White House press briefing from the liar in chief.
We've had the last White House press.
Briefing from Jean Pierre, We've had the last last briefing from any of these scumbag liars and the Biden administration.
That right there is exciting.
Now, there have been some changes, and these changes have happened because of the weather so early Friday. I'm going to play for you what happened. But I also want to tell you something else that we're going to be talking about, and it is official CNN has been found guilty of actually.
Being fake news.
Yes, if there's a gift that keeps on giving to Donald Trump during inauguration week, this is it.
A jury has found CNN guilty.
Just let this sink in, enjoy the moment of defamation and award awarded a five million dollar plus interne damages settlement. It is incredible. I'm gonna play that for you and give you the details. But his official CNN has actually been found guilty. They are officially fake news, which is just glorious. All right, So let's get back to the weather here so you understand what's going on, because a lot of people out there are just lying right now and they're like, oh, Donald Trump didn't want to have an inauguration outside. Yeah, yeah, no. Early Friday. This was the weather report from CNN.
The coldest inauguration day in four decades is coming to Washington, d C. Now, actual temperatures will be in the lower twenties, but it's the wind chill factor then it will make it feel bone chilling cold. We're going to go back to nineteen eighty five Ronald Reagan's second inauguration where the mercury the thermometer climbed to a whopping seven degrees fahrenheit.
Now, it won't be that cold in d C.
But it is the wind chill factors that will actually make it feel like it's in this single digit So bundle up, dress appropriately if you're attending any of the outdoor events. Now, a fresh blanket of snow from a quick moving storm system on Sunday will help lock in the cold.
In fact, some of the coldest.
Air and over a year, some of the VIPs and digataries arrived in our nation's capital.
All Right, so you hear that report and you're like, well, that's not fun.
I don't think anybody wants to be a part of that, right And if you look at the temperatures here, it is brutal. Now you also have the perimeter set up and it's like a green zone in DC. And I'm going to walk you through an inauguration so you understand. So I had there's different areas at the inauguration. There is basically up on the stage. There's right below the stage, which is a seated area that's kind of like is VIP as you can get the vice president, for example, many of its family members, and the president's family members are actually cousins, aunts, uncles, etc.
That's where they would be seated.
You have to get there hours early to get through the security perimeter. I was at the one in two thousand and five when George Bush was inaugurated and I worked on that campaign.
I was very blessed.
I worked on that campaign and I had premium seating up front, kind of VIP walk in, and still it was thirty five degrees in Wendy. I will tell you it was absolutely miserable. So the reason why, and this comes to part two of what has changed now. The reason why Donald Trump has moved inside, I do believe is for safety of the people that we're going to be there, because there's no way to just show up ten minutes early and run away as soon as he's inaugurated.
It doesn't work that way.
The perimeter and getting in, and look, you got to take off your coats and your hats and all that when you're going through the security perimeter, and I think when I was there, we had to go through two or three different security perimeters. You're also sitting in a chair that's been set up days in advance. It's the chairs frozen solid. You add in snow, and that snow is on the chair, so you got to wipe your chair off. It is literally a seat that is below freezing you're going to sit in. And for people that are older and people that are children, et cetera. With this windshield, there's a real medical risk here, a real probability that some people could lose their lives, which is why I think we saw the announcement later in the afternoon. This is what it sounded like on Fox.
Breaking News just moments ago, a source confirming to Fox News that President elect Trump and Vice President elect JD. Vance will be sworn in indoors at Monday's inauguration. I believe this is only the second time this has happened. The last time it happened was nineteen eighty five with not other than Ronald Reagan. There are dangerously cold temperatures that are moving into the region, and it will be the coldest inauguration in forty years.
Dangerously cold weather conditions is the part there that you need to hear. Now, there's a lot of people that are like, wow, now, this could have been a security threat, and they just don't want to tell us. I've talked to several people around the inaugural committee, those that work for the President elect Donald Trump, and I can tell you they are telling me this had nothing to do with security. This had everything to do with the actual temperature. Donald Trump putting out on true social January twentieth cannot come fast enough. Everybody, even those that initially opposed a victory by President Donald J. Trump and the Trump administration, just want it to happen. It is my obligation to protect the people of our country. But before we even begin, we have to think of the inauguration itself. The weather forecast for Washington, d C. With the wind chill factor, could take temperatures into severe cold record lows. There's an arctic blast that is sweeping the country. I don't want to see people hurt or injured in any way. It is dangerous conditions for the tens of thousands of law enforcement. Remember, they have to be there early, they have to set the perimeter. They're there twenty four hours a day right now until the inauguration outside in this arctic blast. So he's thinking about them. He goes on to say, the first responders, the police, canines and even horses, and hundreds of thousands of supporters that will be outside for many hours on the twentieth. In any event, if you decide to come, He then says, dress warmly. He then goes to say this, Therefore, I have ordered the inauguration address, in addition to prayers and other speeches, to be delivered in the United States Capital Rotunda, as was used by Ronald Reagan in nineteen eighty five. Also because of very cold weather, the various signitaries and guests will be brought into the Capitol. This will be a very beautiful experience for all and especially for the large TV audience. We will open Capital One Arena on Monday for live viewing of this historic event and to host the presidential parade. Will join the crowd at Capital One after my swearing in. All other events will remain the same, including the victory rally at Capitol One Arena on Sunday at three pm, doors open at one pm, please arrive early, and all three inaugural balls on Monday evening. Everyone will be safe, everyone will be happy, and we will together and all caps make America great again. So what the President, I think is clearly doing here is saying I don't want people to suffer. I don't want people to get hurt. I certainly don't want anyone to die or be injured. And I also think this is an incredibly classy move by the President, especially for the first responders. They have to be there twenty four to seven to keep the area secure really now until the inauguration is over. And knowing that, I think his point that he was making is I'm not doing that to them, and it's unfair to them. You had unbelievable no National guardsmen that have been called in for this as well fire police EMTs k nines, the horses. He went through that list, and I think this is a very very classy and also a very smart move, a leadership move for the president of the United States of America. Now there's even some that are attacking Donald Trump, going, oh, he wanted to cancel this because he knew no one was going to show up. The dude won the popular vote. I'm going to laugh at that, and I'm going to say, you can't fix stupid, Okay, you just can't.
There are people that are going to say stupid things.
There's others that are running, oh, Donald Trump's is a wooss And I'm like, what do you mean he's a woos Well, he must know about some security threat and he's not willing to take the stage again. There are people like that that I just look at and I laugh and I laugh because it's like whatever, Like whatever, dude, I don't know what else to say, but just to say whatever, Like there are sad people in the world.
There are sick people in the world.
There are people that just suck and they're going to say things like this, and you know what, so be it.
If this is exactly what you're wanting to do.
Then fine, you can say this, but I do not believe this had anything to do with security. I think it had everything to do with compassion for those that were going to protect and serve, and he wanted to protect the American people that were going to show up outside. So with that being said, it will be inside, and it's still going to be a great moment for this country because we'll finally get the forty seventh president of United States of America inaugurated on Monday as scheduled.
So let's get to.
This other story, and that is one where it is official CNN is in fact fake news. CNN is guilty of defaming a Navy veteran and now must pay more than five million dollars in damages. Now, I'm going to go back to the story because some of you may not remember this story, and it's a pretty good one. Zachary Young was a Navy veteran who later worked as a security consultant. All right, and a Florida jury on Friday found that CNN is liable for defaming the US Navy veteran who helped evacuate people from Afghanistan after the US military withdrew from Afghanistan.
In twenty twenty one.
Now, Zachary Young is this guy, and as I mentioned, he worked as a security consultant. He filed suit in twenty twenty two, so this took a couple of years to get justice. His legal action claimed that his reputation was destroyed by CNN, and specifically by Jake Tapper. You know, the guy that always tells you how much of a journalist he is. Why did this happen? What happened? Well, it's actually amazing the lead with Jake Tapper. They claimed that he exploited desperate Afghans by charging exorbitant fees to get them out of the country. Report in quoted the use of his name and photo with a label stated that Afghan evacuees were caught in a perilous black market quote unquote. CNN said in March twenty twenty two that it quote regretted using the term black market, but denied the faming Young. Well, guess what the jury said. We don't see it that way. The jury said CNN not only defamed him, but CNN had to pay damages totaling five million. There will be a second phase the trial to determine any punitive damages. A CNN representative said the network would not comment until the jury decided the punitive damages. So I think it's fair to say now that when the President calls CNN fake news, he now has a legal case, yes, a legal case to back it up, where they have been busted lying to their audience, lying about a veteran and attacking him saying he was charging exorbitant fees on the black market when he was getting people out of Afghanistan. After the Biden heirs administration left people behind. Clearly they didn't care. They didn't care it was left behind. They wanted out on an arbitrary date. They wanted to say I was the one they ended the longest war in Afghanistan. It was an embarrassment and people died. I wanted you to hear. Also what Pete Hedge Seth said on Fox News right when the pullout happened in Afghanistan, because Joe Biden wanted to say I ended America's longest war. Here is what he said at the time on Fox.
But the picture being painted right now on Afghanistan is not very bright.
Did you want to comment on those Yeah?
No, Greg, what absolutely, of course, what we've done is legitimized the terror state state and given them the best equipment of the world. All that negotiation over the last two weeks, whether it was pragmatic or not, was a legitimizing of the Taliman. But Greg, I want to affirm what you said. Afghan vets across the country.
Are sick to their stomach.
They are watching our government, Polish attorney and what have they done as a result. They've gone out and saved their own Afghan allies themselves. They've taken upon themselves. So we did no man behind. We did it, Fox got twenty four, Fox did it, but multiply that by thousands and thousands and thousands of people with no reason, no private place. And it's the same as Vietnam, though major, it's not the same as Vietnam. How many Vietnam vets were personally coordinating because the government will.
Evacuation.
Ultimately, feelings our failure was more eminent. Of course, the sickness is there. We talk to Vietnam vets, it persists, and that's why it's such a problem. That's why when we watch officials at the podium try to sell us as if this is the most hysteric historic airlift we've ever seen the first of all that one hundred and twenty three thousand. That's about to be a gigantic debate. Yeah, because we was so hasty and so and such a fraught process that the amount of people we brought through who probably shouldn't qualify to get.
Through is immense. What's that vetting process like?
Who takes care of them? And then the Afghan allies and American citizens who are still left behind and by the way, soon to be hostages. ISIS is hunting those people right now? The Taliban knows who they are right now. So if you're an American citizen, you're more of a prize. If you're a translator, the Taliban would love to have you. They didn't let you on the plane to begin with. So a this is a disaster of epic proportions. I'm grateful that our military executed getting the boys that are still there out. But that's why I asked the question of Jennifer Griffin that I did not that I want to get into the finger pointing, But you saw DoD come to the podium and give their narrative. You're about to see the Secretary of State, come up to the podium and give his narrative, because everyone in Washington knows what a disaster this truly was, and they want to point the finger at something exeat.
I love how Pete said that Afghan vets are sick to their stomach there watching our government polish a turd.
Now.
He also said his confirmation hearing last week that we still don't have accountability over Afghanistan. There is nothing that is happening right now for those being held accountable for the debacle which was Afghanistan. And when he said that, he was point was there needs to be accountability. There needs to be some sort of hey, were you involved in this? Because you shouldn't fall forward when you make such a disastrous plan become a reality.
So take a listen to Pete.
This is his comments at the confirmation hearing this past week about the US's disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan under President Biden and Secretary Austin, destroying our military legacy and our standing.
Also, as he described it, with our allies.
They still tout it as the most successful airlift in American history, when what the rest of us all saw was true, laid before our eyes, utter failure, a destruction a military legacy. There, abandonment of our allies, death of American troops, detriment to our reputation, and then no answers and no accountability on the other side.
And then what was unleashed.
Because of what happened in Afghanistan the October seventh attacks, an invasion into Ukraine. The world recognized weakness for what it was and who bore the brunt for it. The troops on the front lines at Abbey Gate doing an impossible job. Whose external security was the Taliban because there was no actual plan for this under the Biden administration, and yet not a single person. The only person held accountable in those moments was a Marine Corps lieutenant colonel who had the courage to stand up and say someone should be held accountable for that. His name is Stu Scheller. No one else involved has ever taken accountability for it. When that microcosm becomes the reality of the perception of the American military or America's commitment to victory and success and positive outcomes, the world responds to that. President Trump is going to restore real deterrence by bringing a real warrior culture back, rebuilding our military and ending worst properly, and if we have to fight them, winning them decisively.
This is why Donald Trump nominated him for the exact reason of what he just said. They're still touting this as the most successful airlift in history. When all of us had served, we all saw it as a total and utter disaster. There were people that were killed because of this decision. There were American troops that were killed because of this decision. And to make matters worse, and there are people that try to help. What did CNN do? CNN defamed the men and women who were trying to help people get out after America left, and now they've been ordered to pay five million to a Navy veteran. And it is official. You can say it forever. CNN is fake news. How do we know it because a jury said so. Because they made up lies about someone who was trying to do some good for people that were left behind.
So let's all just enjoy this moment. I'm about to play for you.
And that is where CNN is found liable for defamation of a Navy veteran.
Zachary Young. Understand that the juries reached ro verdict. Say correct, pardon me? I said? I understand y'all have reached verdict.

Four person there.
It is folks, God bless America our court system. CNN is fake news. Now let's get to something else that's happening while everybody's been obsessed with this, and it's disgusting.
You want to talk about a threat to our country.
Joe Biden not having the Coneys to do this while he was running for president or when he thought he was up for reelection, but now that he's gone, well, outscrew it and everybody else around this decision. Joe Biden has now moved to lift the state Sponsor of Terrorism designation for Cuba, and he's saying he has no choice but to do it because of the hostage agreement he's getting done. Biden has officially removed pro Hamas has blowed tied Cuba from the State Sponsor of Terrorism list, which is going to change their economy drastically and help them have better relationships with China, with Russia, and with terrorist groups in the Middle East. The President announced he would remove Cuba from the State Department's list of state sponsor of terrorism, leaving only i Ran, Syria, and North Korea on that list. Biden claimed in his declaration that Cuba had not sponsored terrorism for quote six months. So, in other words, you can sponsor as much terrorism as you want, but in the democratic world, as long as you're a good actor for six months will take you off the list. Apparently that's enough to remove you from this list. He's admitting that six months ago they were sponsoring terrorism, but they said, quote, in the last six months they haven't, so therefore they don't need to be on the list.
You want to know how long Cuba has been on the list. You want to know how ridiculous this whole conversation is we're having right now.
Cuba has been on the list for most of the years between nineteen eighty two and twenty twenty five. You want to know when they were taking off the list, with the exception of six years between twenty fifteen and twenty twenty one. After President Barack Obama, whom Biden served as a vice president, removed the communist regime from a list as part of a quote larger package of concessions to Havana. The Obama concession policy resulted in a dramatic increase in political and religious persecution on the island that has been documented and served also to in bolden Cuba to forge deeper relationships with global terror terror entities such as Hesbolah Hamas and the government directly of Iran.
So after Joe Biden and Barack Obama did that.
President Elect Donald Trump restored Cuba of the list of state sponsors of Terrorism in twenty twenty one on the grounds of the cast Or regime maintains relationships with several jihadist terror entities as well as narco terrorists militias such as the Revolutionary Army Forces of Columbia known as FARK in Latin America. The state sponsor of terrorism label comes with hefty economic sanctions, that's why Joe Biden's helping them out right and diplomatic limitations. According to the State Department, state sponsors of terrorism, reading directly from their wording face quote, restrictions on US foreign assistants, a ban on defense exports and sales, certain controls over exports of dual use items, and miscellaneous financial and other restrictions. Now you may say all right. We He's going to do this and immediately Trump's going to un to do it. So what's the big deal. Everybody that's got their money tied up right now, everybody who's got their money that they can't get because of American sanctions and then being on this list, we'll be able to grab and get all their money instantly when this is lifted. And then if you put it back on, they're going to be like, we don't care because we got our money out. This is going to fund terrorism. This is going to fund narco terrorism. This is going to fund cartels, drug dealers, and the terrorists in the Middle East instantly with this decision. Now, yeah, Trump's going to be inaugurated and to a second term as present on Monday. The Biden administration made the decision less than a week of its tenure remaining, and announced it the day before Trump's choice to lead the State Department. Cuban American Senator Marco Rubio is scheduled to appear before Congress for confirmation. You need to understand that was done on purpose, disregarding the substantial evidence that communist Cuba and terrorist activity around the world. Biden said in his official certification removing the country from the list that Cuba had promised not to do so again in the future because they haven't been involved in terrorism.
He says, at least the last six months. This is not a joke quote.
The government of Cuba has not provided any support for international terrorism during the preceding six month period. The government of Cuba has provided assurances that it will not support acts of international terrorism in the future. Oh okay, well that's good to know. So why are they doing it? For one reason and one reason only. They wanted to give a big win to the left. They wanted to give a win to the terrorists. They wanted to give a win to Cuba, and they wanted, for whatever reason behind the scenes, to do a deal and hook them up.
That's what this is about.
It also undermines Donald Trump when he comes into office, and it's another way to screw with Marco Rubio right before his confirmation, hearing you combine all the you put all this together, and this is what you get.
Now.
One final thing I want to say, and I mentioned this earlier about the vote today that happened. It should not have been a controversial vote. This should be a bipartisan vote on protecting girls and boys sports. Unfortunately, Democrats said, screw it, We're going to screw over women. Yet again, the House passed a bill banning men from competing in girls' sports, specifically in schools that receive federal funding.
This is huge.
There were two hundred and six Democrats that vote against it. Democrats clearly hate women and girls by mandating that men who identify as a woman can play in their events. So when they tell you that they are, oh, we're in favor of girls and women and we're all in favor of of women or you know, women's sports and women succeeding in life, no they're not. They would rather push this woke ideology on your daughter and have men in the in the locker rooms changing in front of them.
The list goes on and on.
There have been so many women whose lives have been affected by men in the locker room. There have been women that have been forced to change in front of men. There have been women that have been attacked a sexually assaulted because of men. But you also have to remember something and this actually goes back to Pete head Seth. For a second, Democrat Jack Reid said head Seth isn't qualified for the job.
You want to know who.
Jack voted for to confirm in the Biden administration a dude, Okay, a dude who thinks he's a chick. They voted to confirm multiple men in the military and positions of power who actually think that they are dudes that are somehow chicks.
Never forget that is the Democratic Party.
