In this episode, we speak to Dickson Lam, Founder and Owner of Alcapoc Natural Skincare. With almost no experience in the beauty industry, Dickson launched Alcapoc in November 2020. Since launching his brand of skincare, his products have received recognition as a finalist in the recent Green Beauty Edit Awards. It took 5 years of hard work and lots of learning for Alcapoc to come to fruition. We talk to Dickson about his journey and how Alcapcoc came into being with no experience in the Beauty Industry.
