We’re back, baby! After last year’s storm cancellation, Attorney Patrick Smith, Maddie the Surfer Girl, and the crew go live from Cole Park in Indian Rocks Beach for Action 2000’s 25th annual Oktoberfest.

Paul Sagami, president of the community nonprofit, joins to share how the event funds landscaping, bus stops, and the charm that makes Indian Rocks Beach special. Then comes the ultimate surprise: Maddie (fresh off all-A midterms and a 4.01 GPA) is blindfolded and challenged to guess just one German brew correctly and a lucky listener wins a free $695 trust package. Denise scores with Paulaner Hefeweizen; Chris takes home another with a non-German Modelo.

Senator Nick DiCeglie calls in from the campaign trail, Surf’s Up delivers bird-smuggling underwear stories, deputy database scandals, and the latest on Krista Pike’s recovery, and the first 100 visitors to the tent get exclusive show stickers.

Real law, real beer, real radio — live from Oktoberfest. Heart and soul on the airwaves. Stay safe, God bless, and Go Gators!
