We have not been taught to understand our Mental Health- We donot know what depression feels like. We do not understand loneliness, although it is already an epidemic!!

One can just go hang there- and even make your own coffee- feel at home - interact with people and also consult a therapist if you need to talk about your emotions and feelings-How liberating can that be!!
