Legendary Montreal concert promoter and record producer Donald K. Tarlton, widely known as Donald K. Donald, has died at the age of 82. For over 40 years, Tarlton was a central figure in Montreal's music scene, credited with bringing some of the world's most iconic acts to the city. Rubin Fogel is a prominent Montreal-based concert promoter and theatrical producer, he spoke to Andrew Carter.
