I was just wondering about crustaceans, things like lobsters and crabs.They’re covered in hard shells, yet somehow they keep growing. They molt, they disappear for a while, and then suddenly they’re bigger. How does that actually work? And what do we really know about how these animals live, eat, and reproduce?
