A power outage is planned overnight in the West Island from 9:00 p.m. on Friday, November 21 to 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 22. It is expected to impact approximately 64,000 customers. Advisor of Media Relations at Hydro-Québec, Cendrix Bouchard spoke to Andrew Carter.
