Rebecca Feinglos is a North Carolina–based public policy expert and founder of the Grieve Leave movement, helping reshape how we talk about grief and workplace culture. With roots in Montreal, she’s also a lifelong hockey fan, currently torn between the Montreal Canadiens and the Carolina Hurricanes in their playoff matchup. She spoke to Andrew Carter.
