A Dunedin, Florida man fired 30 ar-15 rounds at his pool cleaner, whom he mistook for an intruder. The pool cleaner, Karl Polek, was not hit by any bullets, but he did sustain minor injuries from shrapnel and flying glass. The man who fired the shots, Bradley Hocevar, will not face charges, as Florida’s Stand Your Ground law protects his right to use deadly force if he believes he is in imminent danger.
