The Cantabrian is racing with the national 4x100 relay team, looking to break the 38.99 national best in tonight's Potts Classic in Hawke's Bay.

With the Grand Final set for March, the today marks the fifth qualifier, taking place in Whangarei.  

Event Director Scott Rice joined D’Arcy for a chat about the championship and how it’s managed to pick up so much traction in such a short time.
