All right, massive shout out to everybody's whose hamstrings are hurting a little bit this morning. A lot of you, probably because you're in the garden over the weekend. That's normally when I hurt my ham strings, just repetitive weeding. But a big shout out to those of them that are hurting. After we all took part in the Coast Trek walk on Friday afternoon. It was down the fur and it was to raise money for the Heart Foundation, which was absolutely brilliant.

And I was.

Lucky enough to meet Tara, you know Tara who we spoke to. Her fit and healthy husband died at the age of twenty seven from a heart attack, and I met her and her mom and her teens. You know, she had a big group of people that were walking for her husband and in his memory because he would have been forty this year. I met them on the start line and it was great. I'd never really done a big, big walk in the country like that with Coast Trek. It was so good. And this is how I think the walk was supposed to go, looking at the beautiful landscape over the top.

Of the Bluff Harbor hot Place.

This is how our team did.

It okay, okay, oh yeah, baby, I wondered.

Oh we were going now? The reason why was because I was ambassador for the event and at the start they called us out and today and then they made us go down the front with Tara and we got to walk through kind of the banner and up we went. The problem was is that it was a single person pathway and the pressure I felt with one hundred people behind me, I'm going to our step it up there coming like. So we have taken off and then the three of us we know, you know, we're good mates, but the three of us kind of had never done a big walk before. And I don't know if anybody else does this. Finding a person that walks your pace is really really important.

I would imagine it's tough for you given you are nine foot tall.

Yeah, Shane, how did that work out when we walked to the pub the other day? So then the three of us were just going. But the problem was that we were doing the twenty k the Twilight Walker and make sure you're booking I'm doing We've all said we're doing it straight away. We're going to do it again next year, so I hope we can get even more people to do it. But there was a group that had done thirty five k We've been walking since ten thirty, and they had kind of got through just as we've started. So then the three of us idiots are like steaming past, and I am feeling like the other two go get I see a ladders whatever, I'm just taking off, and I'm apologizing and going, oh, guys, you're amazing. You've done thirty five. We've only done twenty, Like, you know, you're so much better.

I was just no how competitive a little bit of you is going. Mate.

There was a point I was on the phone to my boss and going, mate, I've got seven hundred ffty minutes we're going to break into a run. I'm going to hang up.

You showed us a video before. Would you like to tell everyone how that video went. Someone's taken one from from a vista like one hundred meters away of you. Guys at the front of this group, just plodding along.

Pick of Cap and Kim.

Think of Cap and Kim, how we're walking along And then obviously there's three people behind you have said hey, Alie, can you have a photo, And you've gone all right, You've stopped for one second, held your phone up, and then the gap that grows between your group, and it's so fast, how quick you open that gap back?

Look, the cool thing is that everybody that did that we raised over four hundred thousand dollars per Heart Foundation, and we're taking donations all the way through to the end of this week. So yeah, it is. It was a really great event. Put it in the diary. Get ready for kosterk We've got to do it all, do it again. Yeah, while woman on top, they run it. So yeah, I can't wait to see more people doing it with us next year. Ice baths this afternoon, I still can't bend over like it is full of
