The Supreme Court of Canada ruled that First Nations communities were owed billions of dollars from the Canadian and Ontario government as part of the Robinson Treaties settlement. Some nations say the settlement is an underpayment. The Agenda looks at why some of the settlement has not been paid, and what it might take to correct this historic wrong.
