In this episode of the 47 Morning Update with Ben Ferguson, Ben examines President Trump’s intense campaign schedule ahead of the midterms, discuss the themes driving Republican messaging in the race’s final days, and break down how issues such as border enforcement, crime, foreign policy, and economic performance are being presented to voters. They also review Trump’s remarks in Texas, his support for Ken Paxton, comments on election integrity, and appearances alongside Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

With just one week until the midterm elections, President Donald Trump is crisscrossing the country in an unusually aggressive final push to drive voter turnout. From Texas and Mississippi to Michigan, Iowa, Florida, and Ohio, Trump’s message is consistent: treat this election as if he is personally on the ballot. The campaign’s closing argument centers on border security, crime, economic performance, and national security. Trump contrasts his administration’s record with Democrats and argues that Republican turnout will determine the direction of the country. The episode also highlights a Texas rally appearance where Trump targeted progressive political positions, promoted Republican candidates, and urged voters to participate in early voting and on Election Day.
