The Texans are riding back-to-back wins into Battle Red Day, and Hall of Famer John McClain kicks off this Thursday edition of Texans All-Access with Marc Vandermeer and John Harris. "The General" says the win over Jacksonville has fans fired up like "uncaged lions," credits the run game and the offensive line for the second-half surge, and singles out K Ka'imi Fairbairn for the game-winner.

The crew digs into a crowded WR room. Nico Collins, Jaylin Noel, Marvin Harrison Jr., Kayshon Boutte, Xavier Hutchinson and the returning Tank Dell give OC Nick Caley a range of 11-personnel combinations. McClain makes the case for Noel as the clear No. 2 and praises T Blake Fisher's growth. On defense, he looks at the Giants' new starting QB, J.J. McCarthy, and how much LB Azeez Al-Shaair and S Jalen Pitre matter when they're on the field.

Around the league, McClain reacts to the Colts firing GM Chris Ballard, reviews The Athletic's top trade-bait list (his pick: Derwin James), weighs a possible Peyton Manning role in Indianapolis, tells a classic Mike Ditka story and reflects on J.J. Watt's rise to CBS's top booth. He closes with a story about the late Bob McNair watching Giants practice alongside Wellington Mara.

Johnny and Marc then make their Tank Dell stat-line and sack predictions, debate Colts-Vikings and Titans-Browns, ask whether Tennessee would have been better off keeping Will Levis, and pick next year's Amazon Thursday Night Football booth. The show wraps with Tank Dell in his own words on his first game back.
