Darwin roofer turned chef Stellio Ginis, has been chosen as the only NT representative for the Australian team heading to the 2024 Culinary Olympics in Stuttgart, Germany in 2024. 
Stellio, who is studying commercial cookery at Charles Darwin University and completing his apprenticeship at Char, caught up with Greg to share how it all came to happen.
