Cruise for a Cause descends on Darwin this Sunday the 4th of June with riders and drivers from around the NT revving their engines to raise funds for for local blokes impacted by prostate cancer. 

Greg caught up with Dan Leather this week to chat about the Darwin owned event which kicks off at Eva's Café in the George Brown Botanic Gardens.

Eli Murn had been an aspiring Olympian, dreaming of representing Australia in volleyball.

That changed in 2004 when he got behind the wheel, with his girlfriend in the passenger seat, and crashed his car while driving under the influence.

Eli is in Darwin from March 26 for STREET SMART HIGH 2026 to talk to school students.

Street Smart High is an annual road safety education event which aims to reduce the territory’s shocking youth road trauma. The program provides students with first-hand experiences and educates them about their responsibilities as drivers and responsible passengers. It provides information and strategies to avoid serious injuries and death, and highlights the consequences of distracted driving, not wearing a seat belt, speeding, drink and drug driving.

Katherine Webber is a practitioner in social planning and community development. She is also a International Toilet Enthusiast/Researcher. Katherine is involved with The Great Dunny Hunt!

Katherine was awarded the 2018 Rodney Warmington Churchill Fellowship to increase inclusion and accessibility in public toilets by researching taboos, design, policy and legal barriers.

Katherine called into Matt to talk shop on all things toilet hunting!
