Hey hey foodies, we’re going Greek this week. Not the Instagram version. Not the Mykonos-with-a-minimum-spend version. The real island life: salty hair, slow swims, tavernas under fairy lights, and plates in the middle of the table.

In this episode, I take you to the Mykonos I keep going back to every year, breakfasts with honey and bread still warm from the bakery, seafood that tastes like the sea it came out of, and moussaka cooked the way it should be: no drama, no rush, just food with a pulse. We talk Athens street food, scuba-diving with octopus who are smarter than me, why Greek food hits differently, and we cook along in real time.

Grab a plate, warm some pita, dip it in olive oil, and take a breath.
