Monty Betham joins me on the podcast. Monty is a former professional Rugby League player for the New Zealand Warriors and Wakefield (UK). He represented both Samoa and New Zealand at Test level. He made an impressive switch to boxing retiring with a 8-1 record while today he is a trainer, media personality and is heavily involved in his charity Steps for Life.
