It's a special episode this week as we celebrate International Day of People with Disability.

Mark is a puppy trainer from Seeing Eye Dogs but he's also an avid golfer and he catches up with World Blind Golf CEO, Neil Herdegen, to speak about the ways World Blind Golf is innovating and making golf accessible for the blind and low vision community.

You'll also hear from Tess, she's back this week chatting with Rina Gocaj and Flo Elmazi from Sisterwould, an inclusive haircare brand featuring products which have been designed to be accessible for people who are blind or have low vision. 

And finally on the show this week, Helen catches up with Tony Wu from the Vision Store to speak about the some possible gift ideas from the shop as we approach the holiday break.
