Blind jazz musician Nelson Rufatt and braille music transcriber Jordie Howell join Tess Herbert this week to chat about the various aspects of braille music, as well sharing their experiences as long-standing participants in the annual braille music camp, both as students and now mentors.

Although due to COVID this year’s camp couldn’t go ahead, Nelson and Jordie also discuss the plans for some virtual events to take place over the next couple of months, and provide some words of wisdom for young musicians who are blind or have low vision.
