It’s estimated that The Bank of Mum and Dad has lent $65.3 billion to their kids to fund their entry into the property market. It’s also estimated that 30% of those kids looking for help with a deposit find themselves in financial stress. The Credi online platform streamlines the process with a formal agreement, a payment reminder system and a mechanism to deal with missed repayments, ensuring relationships are preserved and the loan and its conditions are documented.
