If you are new to this area, you will quickly learn that the first  Saturday in October is the  annual  Tennessee River Rescue…it’s an all volunteer  clean-up event in Hamilton and several other counties involving hundreds of people who walk away year disgusting and in amazement at the tons of trash that people throw into the water and along the banks….how about 19 tons last year. welcome volunteer Thomas TRUE-ee.
