I’m talking about Chattanoogan jere hartman, a retired army ranger who last summer took part in the World's Toughest Rowing race spending 50 straight days in a rowboat in the Pacific Ocean. Traveling about 2,800 miles from Hawaii to California. He was on a mission to raise awareness for military veterans facing mental health challenges. Well why stop there. He’s back at it again this time a lot closer to home with this challenge.
