During national disasters, animals are often left in dire situations, requiring immediate rescue and care. We see the videos all the time as volunteers ensure the safety and well-being of animals during these crises. Well several weeks ago while we were doing a show from  river run health in Chattanooga, we started talking off air to orthopedic surgeon doctor David bruce who was mentioning what is brother, a veterinarian in Alabama is doing to help animals during things like floods, hurricanes and tornadoes. So, on the phone now is David’s brother, buddy along with doctor chance Armstrong from auburn university’s Veterinary Emergency Response Team. That’s the way great stories come about when people start talking. When Animal and human health are intertwined, things can quickly change for the positive
