Kacy west would never allow an arctic blast to stop her from her job. She was put to the test these last few days as the chatt foundation’s outreach liaison part of a team that visits homeless camps to give out supplies. Which in the past few days has been a lot different from previous visits.

This week we observed international Holocaust Remembrance Day a day set aside marking the anniversary of the liberation of the Auschwitz concentration camp in 1945. For most people it’s just another day but in the small town of whitwell this day has a different meaning thanks to people like dr. 'Joshua Holtcamp the principal at whitwell middle school….who along with others is on a mission to teach the world about the atrocities of world war two.
